Preventing Suicide in Michigan Men (PRiSMM) Community Scan Survey

In 2020, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services was awarded a 5-year Comprehensive Suicide Prevention Program grant funded by the CDC titled Preventing Suicide in Michigan Men (PRiSMM). PRiSMM focuses on implementing and evaluating a comprehensive public health approach to suicide prevention among Michigan men ages 25 and older.

As part of PRiSMM’s grant evaluation requirements, they are interested in learning more about the suicide prevention activities occurring in local communities, particularly related to men in this age range. They would greatly appreciate your input through the survey link included below:

The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Those who complete the survey and choose to include their email will be entered into a drawing for one of several $50 gift cards.Your responses will remain anonymous even if you choose to enter the lottery drawing.

Please feel free to contact Cindy Ewell Foster, Ph.D., the lead evaluator for the grant, at cjfoster@med.umich.edu if you have any questions.
