27th Annual Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorder Conference
The 27th Annual Substance Use and Co-occurring Disorder Conference will be held September 27-29 in Lansing and will also be available virtually. This conference attracts more than 1,200 in-person and virtual attendees including board members, oversight policy board members, administrators, financial directors, medical directors, clinical directors, prevention, treatment, and recovery professionals, case managers, recovery coaches and those with lived experience. This educational opportunity is intended for providers in the substance use and co-occurring disorders field at all levels of practice (beginning, intermediate and/or advanced).
Hybrid Format
As a hybrid conference, the 27th Annual Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorder Conference offers attendees the opportunity to attend fully in-person or online by viewing all keynotes and a selection of breakout sessions virtually.
· In-person: The in-person portion of the conference will take place at the Lansing Center.
· Virtual: All keynotes and four breakout sessions (two prevention and two treatment/recovery) per concurrent time will be livestreamed. Continuing education (CE) hours will be available for virtual sessions fully participated in during the designated live times.
· Each virtual session will have a CMHA staff moderator who will share comments and questions from the audience with the presenters during the live in-person session.

Registration Information
Virtual and in-person registration rates are the same due to the technological costs of offering a hybrid conference.
In-person conference registration includes training materials, admission to all keynotes and breakout sessions, two breakfasts, two lunches, all breaks, and the Healing Space (optional). The pre-conference rate includes admission to one pre-conference workshop of your choice.
Virtual conference registration includes training materials, access to all keynote sessions, and two prevention and two treatment sessions per concurrent block of breakout sessions.
Registration Deadline: Registration ends Sept. 20. See the rate deadlines in the table above. Registrations will not be accepted after the deadline.
Pre-Payment Required: Payment MUST be received at the time of registration. No checks or ACH will be accepted. No exceptions to this policy. No shows will not receive a refund.
Hotel Information
Overnight accommodations are available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lansing, connected to the Lansing Center by an indoor walkway. There are two overflow hotels: Courtyard by Marriott Lansing Downtown and Hyatt House Lansing University Area.
